If I could give Joel 10 stars I would. He's one of these increasingly rare people that have complete honesty and integrity, and is also an all round great bloke to deal with. He went way beyond his assigned pick up and delivery task to help me safely unload a truck that had no brakes at all. Without his assistance I would have really struggled to get this sorted out.
